This is how returns work
- 14-day return period: Return goods within 14 days of receipt.
- Your own costs: Return shipping at your own expense
- Your liability: Loss/damage until arrival at our premises is at your expense.
- Original condition: Must be unworn with original tag attached.
- Fast processing: Maximum 3 working days after receipt

Items purchased through Personal Shopping are non-returnable.
Returns process
1. Return request
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number. We will send you the return label.
2. Packaging
Pack parcels securely, leaving the original label attached. No additional packaging materials are needed.
3. Submit
Drop off your return at DHL or the post office using our return label. Include the tracking number.
4. Money back
After review (1-3 business days): Refund to your original payment method.
